Regeneration for Changemakers

How to sustain yourself while changing the world

Supporting the people behind meaningful change

Creating meaningful change takes energy.

Across businesses, universities, government, NGOs and communities, people are working to protect and restore nature, respond to climate and ecological challenges, and create more sustainable ways of living and working.

This work matters. But it can also be demanding. When you care deeply, work with complex problems and keep pushing for change in systems that often move slowly, it can be difficult to sustain your own energy, perspective and sense of possibility.

My contribution is to support the people behind that change.

I want Changemakers to be able to engage with the challenges we face from a place of strength, trust and resilience – rather than exhaustion, despair or burnout.

Creating the conditions for Changemakers to thrive

With my program Regeneration for Changemakers, I work to create the conditions for Changemakers to thrive – to sustain their energy, stay connected to what matters, expand their perspective, and continue making a meaningful contribution over the long run.

My work brings together regenerative practices, new perspectives, shared experience and practical support – with care for the people doing the work, and determination to help their work have lasting impact.
Discover the 4 pillars of the program in more detail below.

1. Sustain your Energy

We need the capacity to keep going.
Understand what sustains and drains your energy, and develop regenerative practices that help you stay grounded, resilient and engaged – without sacrificing yourself for the work you care about.

3. Practice & Community

We can’t sustain this alone.
Regeneration is not just something we understand, but something we practice. Connecting, reflecting and learning with others helps us turn insights into ways of working and living that can actually last.

4. Research & Insights

We’re continually learning what actually works.
Through research, conversations and experience, I explore what helps changemakers and sustainability initiatives thrive – and what gets in the way. These insights inform my work and contribute to a deeper understanding of the conditions that enable sustained engagement and impact.
